The Office of Strategic Administration serves as the cornerstone of Towers Collective, providing the leadership and direction that ensures the organization’s continued success. This office is pivotal in setting the vision, mission, and operational strategy for the entire collective. Comprising the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), this department is responsible for the overall governance, policy review, meeting facilitation, and high-level organizational management.

Our mission is to provide strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight to Towers Collective, ensuring that the organization remains aligned with its core values and objectives. By overseeing the executive leadership team and fostering a culture of collaboration, we empower all departments to achieve their respective goals while keeping the collective focused on long-term success.
Key Roles
Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
The CEO is responsible for the overall direction, strategy, and external representation of Towers Collective. This role involves setting the vision for the organization and building relationships with stakeholders such as university leaders, sponsors, and potential partners. The CEO leads the Executive Council, ensuring that all departments align with the collective’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities include:
Developing long-term strategic plans for Towers Collective.
Building and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders (e.g., sponsors, university partners, industry professionals).
Leading the Executive Council and ensuring effective collaboration among all departments.
Representing Towers Collective at important external events, conferences, and meetings.
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO):
The CAO is responsible for ensuring that Towers Collective runs smoothly from an administrative standpoint. This includes overseeing policy review, managing organizational logistics, and ensuring compliance with both internal standards and university regulations. The CAO also coordinates the scheduling and facilitation of meetings and provides the necessary support to the executive team to ensure the efficiency of operations.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing and enforcing organizational policies.
Coordinating and facilitating board meetings, executive meetings, and other high-level events.
Maintaining organizational records and ensuring that all activities are documented and tracked.
Assisting with strategic planning and helping to drive the organization’s long-term objectives.
