Department of Communications

The Department of Communications is responsible for amplifying the voice of Towers Collective, ensuring that our message is clear, engaging, and consistent across all platforms. Led by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Vice President of Marketing, and Director of Marketing, this department plays a pivotal role in shaping how the organization is perceived by members, sponsors, and the public.

Mission:

Our mission is to craft and deliver compelling content that elevates the Towers Collective brand, fosters engagement, and communicates our initiatives clearly. Through strategic marketing, social media management, and content creation, we aim to connect with our audience and build a lasting, positive reputation for Towers Collective.

Key Roles

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO):

The CMO leads the overall marketing strategy for Towers Collective, overseeing the creation of content and ensuring that all communications align with the organization’s goals and values. This role is responsible for crafting a cohesive brand message and ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of marketing campaigns and communications strategies.

  • Overseeing the management of Towers Collective’s brand identity and messaging.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Analyzing market trends and member feedback to adjust and refine communication strategies.

Vice President of Marketing:

The Vice President of Marketing works alongside the CMO to implement and execute marketing strategies. This role is responsible for managing specific marketing initiatives, coordinating with the Communications team to produce content, and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote Towers Collective’s events, initiatives, and values.

  • Working closely with the Events and Operations department to promote events and ensure high attendance.

  • Managing and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies based on results.

  • Coordinating with other departments to support the promotion of cross-functional initiatives.

Director of Marketing:

The Director of Marketing oversees the day-to-day activities related to marketing and communication efforts. This role focuses on executing strategies, creating content, and managing campaigns to ensure that Towers Collective reaches its target audience effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and curating content for marketing channels such as social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Collaborating with the Communications team to ensure consistency in messaging.

  • Managing and growing the organization’s online presence through social media platforms.

  • Analyzing marketing performance metrics and providing insights to refine strategies.

  • Developing innovative content ideas that resonate with the Towers Collective community.
